Uranus
Uranus is the 7th planet from the sun. It was discovered by accident in 1781 when a blue orb was spotted in the atmosphere through a telescope. Uranus has 10 rings and several moons, the largest moons being Titania and Oberon.
Atmosphere: Uranus is 15 times as large as Earth. The high methane content in its atmosphere reflects light back into space and gives it a bluish tint. There are no clear belts or zones apparent on Uranus. The internal structure of Uranus is similar to that of Saturn and Jupiter. It is completely liquid with a small, solid core. Uranus has a strong magnetic field. Uranus has a tipped axis which probably happened when a massive collision occurred. Uranus' average temperature is 58K (-215 C)
Moons and Rings: New moons are frequently discovered for Uranus. Uranus has 10 very dark rings- these rings are almost the color black.
